MOBILE APP ACCESS

Access your NCA account anytime you want using our convenient and secure mobile app. You’ll be able to access your alarm history, place your alarm on test, review your account data, and more with our MPower app for subscribers.

The MPower app is a powerful web-accessed alarm database and account management system built for today’s busy families. We’ll “MPower” you by providing timesaving and easy-to-use account tools.

To gain access to MPower, you must be an NCA customer and you must register for online access to use these services. If you do not have access but would like to enroll, contact our offices, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (615) 777-7622.

How to Add App to Home Screen:

iPhone

Step 1:

On your iPhone, navigate to nca-alarms.alarminfo.net/m
From the login page, tap the ‘+’ sign on the menu bar at the bottom of your screen
Select ‘Add to Home Screen’
You should have a NCA icon on the home screen with the words ‘MPower Me’ underneath
Tap the icon to open NCA’s MPower Me

When your page loads it should look like the following:

Enter your Receiver Number, Account Number & Passcode as shown below.

Android

(Depending on your Android device, these instructions may vary slightly)

On your Android, navigate nca-alarms.alarminfo.net/m
Press your menu button
Under the menu options, choose ‘Add bookmark’, then OK
Go back to the home screen
Press and hold a blank part of your home screen where you want the NCA MPower Me icon
A menu will appear, choose ‘Shortcuts’
Choose ‘Bookmark’
Select the NCA MPower Me bookmark
You should have a NCA icon on your home screen with the words ‘MPower Me’ underneath
Tap the icon to open NCA’s MPower Me
